Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used accessories or products damaged by misuse.

3. Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Shipping Fees:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
